Welcome to the May update for Sage Malvern.
Work onsite is progressing at a steady pace and completion is expected towards the end of May with Settlement to follow.
Please note that we will not have a exact settlement date until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered with the Titles Office and the Certificate of Occupancy has been achieved. The developer will then trigger settlement.
Activities onsite include:
Installation of the external blinds on the apartments facing Shaftesbury Avenue that will be operated by remote control provided in the settlement pack of those apartments.
Glass is being installed on the balconies and should be complete by the end of the week.
The Tiling on the balconies is complete.
Final touch ups and cleaning will commence next week with a view to purchaser inspections happening in the coming weeks.
For those of you that need to revisit your finance, bank valuations can be booked in from now on.
