We wish to advise that construction for Sage, 1308 Malvern Road is now due to start in the first quarter of 2019. Since the launch of the project, there has been a number of changes to the design due to consolidations of a number of units which resulted in amendments to documents such as planning permits. These then need to be resubmitted to the relevant bodies for reassessment and approval, which has resulted in the delay to the project. We expect these approvals to come in the next few weeks. The builder is also in the process of preparing protection works notices and Construction Management Plans as prerequisites to the commencement of construction.
