As previously advised, Four Square Construction Management has been appointed to complete the construction of this boutique 13 townhouse development designed by Paul Conrad.
Four Square recommenced on site at the end of the July 2018 to reestablish the site and recommence works. Works began in the basement level removing the ground floor slab formwork and completing the construction of the block work party walls. The plumbers have now arrived and are starting to install the suspended drainage below the ground floor slab.
On ground level the final infill slabs and concrete stairs have been poured and redundant site material has been removed. The structural steel members and self-supporting steel lift shafts have been erected unveiling the townhouses preliminary shape.
Inground sewer and stormwater connections have also occurred while access to the perimeter of the site is available.
Looking ahead over the coming months will see the ground level and level 1 timber frames installed along with the prefabricated floor and roof structure. The service trades will follow closely behind, roughing in services from the basement level up. Once the frames are complete the roof and external cladding will follow, along with the delivery and installation of windows which will result in the townhouses taking shape.
