The developer for 3 Stanley Avenue has advised that the builders are working towards a 15th of December completion. Both ourselves and the developer are monitoring this date very closely and will advise all purchasers when the townhouses are ready for both valuation and purchaser inspections. We will provide further updates once we receive more details.
