We have been advised by the Vendor that the Stanley program is slightly behind schedule, and they will advise when it is near completion however it is unlikely for Stanley to be ready for settlements in 2018. Our envisaged date for Stanley would be from mid Jan 2019 to mid Feb 2019 for settlements but of course we will continue to inform all purchasers as time progresses. We will contact you directly to book in both Valuation and Purchaser Inspections accordingly.
