We are please to share an update on some of the latest construction progress at Stanley & Roden. All hands are on deck with both external and internal teams working fervently towards the finish line.

EXTERNAL & COMMON AREAS
- Main Entry being constructed
- External Balconies 90% completed
- External Façade 90% completed
- Corridors being fitted off
- Lifts being installed
As you can see we are not far away from construction completion which is expected end of April, with settlements in mid-late May. We look forward to bring you further updates as the time comes.
