PILING AT THE CANOPY IS COMPLETE!
Piling has now been completed at The Canopy, with foundation works currently underway.
Foundation works consist of structural capping beams made from a combination of steel and concrete, which serves a crucial structural component unifying the piling work.
They form the sturdy base for the slab and fortify the foundation providing stability for the surrounding earth and adjacent properties. Typically positioned on top of the piling, capping beams bolster the entire structure.
This is expected to be completed by May 2024.
