The developer for The VIC has provided an update for the project:
We confirm that practical completion has now been reached for The Vic.
Application for Certificate of Occupancy has been submitted and will be issued following the MFB inspection of the building.
City of Moreland have approved the storm water system connection, crossover and footpath designs and these works have been scheduled to occur over the next week.
Citipower, the electricity authority, have also signed off on the plan of subdivision, however, we are still waiting on final releases from some of the other statutory authorities.
At this time it is still not known how much longer it will take for all releases to be obtained in order for the plan of subdivision to registered so that settlements can proceed.
Tiling of the common areas and cleaning/detailing of the apartments is currently being completed following which we will be opening the apartments for purchaser inspections commencing next week on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Inspections need to be booked from this webpage using our electronic scheduling system which will open for bookings later this week.
