As foreshadowed practical completion will be achieved by the end of November 2018.
With that in mind, we will be opening the project for VALUATION inspections from Thursday 29 November for Levels 2 & 3.
We are expecting that Levels 1 & 4 will be ready for valuation inspections the week after on Thursday December 6.
All valuation inspections must be booked from this web site from the link which will be uploaded on Monday 26 November.
We are still working through the relevant legal approvals from Council and other authorities. Provided these approvals are issued before the end of November, we are on schedule for purchaser inspections and settlements to occur in December.
