Please find below the latest update from the developer for The International:


The plan of subdivision has been registered, and new titles for the individual lots have been allocated. The titles are one of the two triggers for settlement. A copy of both documents are attached.

In relation to the other requirement, the occupancy permit, we expect it in mid-June 2018.

In relation to construction, all apartments should now be complete, and we are nearing of all the residents’ amenity spaces.

On another note, all valuations show now be complete.

Settlement Date
Settlement is anticipated for 30 June 2018.

Final Inspection Appointments
The purchaser or a representative of the purchaser will have an opportunity to view the apartment, by appointment only.

Access times available are strictly as follows by pre-registration only. We have allowed 15 minute intervals for each booking i.e. 9.00am, 9.15am, 9.30am etc:

Level 10 to Level 27:               Mon 18 June to Fri 22 June    9.00am to 4.30pm
Level 1 to Level 8:                   Mon 25 June to Fri 29 June    9.00am to 4.30pm
Level 28 to Level 39                Mon 25 June to Fri 29 June    9.00am to 4.30pm

 

Pre Registration Process

All apartments must be pre-registered individually otherwise access will be denied.

There is only one inspection allowed per apartment, so please ensure any representatives required are present at the appointment i.e. building inspectors, real estate agents etc.

Registration process is as follows:

  • All registrations must be made in writing with Jessica by email at jhamra@blueearth.com.au
  • Inspection requests must include the following information prior to being pre-registered:
  1. Purchaser name
  2. Name of the representative inspecting
  3. Booking confirmation email address
  4. Booking confirmation mobile phone number
  5. Apartment no to be inspected
  6. Preferred inspection time option 1
  7. Preferred inspection time option 2
  • Once the request has been received, Kim will confirm by email the booking, or recommend an alternative time.
  • On site, Kim will induct the purchaser/s and/or representatives, and walk them through the apartment.

 

Please note, no access will be granted if the specific apartment is not pre-registered.

All purchaser/s and/or representatives are required to arrive 10 minutes early for registration.

The meeting point and parking is at the site office located on Haig Street. Please ensure ample time is allowed as street parking is very limited.

Again, the pre settlement inspection will be by appointment only and must be booked through us.
